It is the story of one dragonfly’s journey far and wide in search of what’s missing in his life. He returns home to discover everything he is looking for is closer than he thought. I created the animation using Maya and composited the piece together with effects and music in After Effects.

The entire creative process took 5 months to complete, from storyboarding and conceptualizing, to researching and gathering reference materials, to modeling, texturing, lighting and animating every element you see on screen.
